The African Union International Centre for the Education of Girls and Women in Africa (AU-CIEFFA) in partnership with ImpactHER is now accepting applications for the 2025 Online Capacity Building Training Program — a fully sponsored, 4-week virtual training designed to upskill African youth and educators, with a special focus on girls and women’s access to quality, gender-responsive education in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics).

Program Objectives
This initiative aims to:- Promote digital, financial, and entrepreneurial literacy among African youth.
- Improve access to STEAM education through gender-responsive pedagogy.
- Strengthen the teaching capacity of women educators in digital and STEAM-related subjects.
- Encourage leadership, advocacy, and lifelong learning in education and innovation.
Who Can Apply?
To be eligible, applicants must:- Be African women or men, either residing on the continent or in the diaspora.
- Show a strong motivation to learn about digital skills, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy.
- Demonstrate leadership potential and a commitment to promoting girls’ and women’s education.
- Have access to a stable internet connection and a device (computer, tablet, or smartphone).
- Understand and communicate effectively in English, French, or Portuguese.
