Who Can Apply?

• Bachelor’s Applicants: Under 25, with a high school diploma and English proficiency （TOEFL ITP ≥ 477 or equivalent）.
• Master’s Applicants: Under 30, with a bachelor’s degree and TOEFL ITP ≥ 500 or equivalent.
• Doctoral Applicants: Under 35, with a master’s degree and TOEFL ITP ≥ 530 or equivalent.
• (Exemptions apply for applicants from English-speaking countries or English-taught programs.)
