Applications are now being accepted for the Aspire Leaders
Program 2025 [Cohort 4]. This program invites university students and recent
graduates from low-income backgrounds or who are the first in their families to
attend university, from across the globe, to participate in a free online
interactive leadership development experience that can be balanced with other
responsibilities.
The Aspire Leader Program Journey
Module I: Personal and Professional Development
- Assessment of leadership skills based on strengths.
- Professional development tools co-developed with Harvard
Business School, including guidance on creating a LinkedIn profile, resume
writing, interview tips, and networking strategies.
- Live interactions with a global group of peers.
Topics include
- Self-awareness as a Leader
- The Significance of Context and Building Trust
- Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence
- Voices of Leaders
- Tackling Community Challenges
- Taking Action in Your Communities Worldwide
- Real-time sessions led by top educators from universities
worldwide.
- Live learning and discussions with a global cohort of
peers and mentors.
Eligibility
- Must be between 18-29 years old.
- Must be a current undergraduate student or a recent
graduate who has not yet entered a graduate program.
- Must meet at least ONE of the following criteria:
- Come from a
low-income background.
- Be the first in
their family to attend university.
