- A GPA of 3.00 or higher out of 4.0 or equivalent and a GPA of 3.00 in the major subjects of the field is required.

- Applicants must meet King Fahd University scholarship requirements and any additional department or university requirements.
- For PhD Programs: PhD applicants must have an MS Degree (after a bachelor’s degree) in engineering or sciences.
- International applicants must have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 on a scale of 4.0 or equivalent in both bachelor’s and master’s degrees.
