Public Policy Analysis and Public Administration: Fellows take on diverse roles, including health
policymakers, doctors, clinicians with managerial duties, health educators, and

Technology Policy and Management: Humphrey Fellows work as technology instructors, chief

Substance Abuse Education, Treatment, and
Prevention: Humphrey Fellows specialize in areas such as

national policy organizations, addressing issues related to alcohol, drug, and
tobacco use, as well as broader public health concerns connected to substance
abuse, including HIV/AIDS, mental health, medicine, psychology, social work,
and counseling.
Educational Administration, Planning, and Policy: Humphrey
Fellows contribute to fields like primary and secondary education curriculum
