KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for the Centre’s Software products and Enterprise programs through above-the-line and below-the-line initiatives, including digital marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and evaluate the digital content presence of the Centre
  • Prepare and distribute business proposals and promotional materials about the Centre’s Software products and Enterprise programs to targeted customers
  • Lead presentations about the Centre’s Software products and Enterprise programs upon clients’ requests
  • Participate in any bid and/or trade shows to showcase the Centre’s Software products and Enterprise programs
  • Attend to customers professionally and in a friendly manner
  • Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints carefully and expeditiously
  • Guide and lead customers toward satisfying their respective needs
  • Lead negotiations with individual as well as corporate customers/clients in consultation with Head Office about the Centre’s Software products and Enterprise programs
  • Convert annual marketing goals and objectives into achievable weekly, monthly and quarterly marketing targets
  • Ensure the achievement of annual marketing goals and objectives
  • Liaise with Head Office in developing and implementing effective marketing plans and strategies
  • Provide input in the preparation of annual budgets by Senior Management
  • Maintain up-to-date customer database systems
  • Manage and execute internal and external communications relating to the Centre’s Software products and Enterprise programs
  • Design, install, test and maintain Software products for customers/clients
  • Test the Software product in controlled, real situations before going live
  • Review current systems and present ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals
  • Produce detailed specifications and writing the program codes
  • Prepare training manuals and conduct trainings for users
  • Assist clients’ in troubleshooting technical issues regarding Software products after installation
  • Collate customers’/clients’ specifications in relation to the Centre’s Software products and Enterprise programs
  • Conduct market research on competitors and customers/clients for timely and appropriate adjustment of the Centre’s Software products and Enterprise programs
  •  Provide feedback to Senior Management and Head Office based on the research findings
  • Ensure proper and fair use of the Centre’s finances and assets
  • Any other duties that may be assigned related to the job and/or to the operations of the Centre.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in marketing, sales, or brand management.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.

  • Results-driven, well-organised with strong follow-up skills
  • Practical knowledge of Software products & database management
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in implementing Software products
  • Comfortable with face-to-face meetings and public speaking
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and supervising teams or junior staff.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, social media, email marketing, Google Analytics).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis
